At our PREMIER SUITES PLUS location in Cabot Circus, we often get asked lots of questions about our apartments. We thought we would share some of these frequently asked questions to help you ahead of your journey!
1. Do you have car parking?
Our apartments are situated in the pedestrianised area of Cabot Circus so we unfortunately don’t have car parking there. Nearby car parks that we suggest are Cabot Circus shopping or The Galleries which can offer hourly and overnight tariffs.
Where is your reception?
We have four buildings at Cabot Circus that our 32 apartments are located amongst. Quakers House, which is opposite Harvey Nichols (so ideal for a little retail therapy too!) is where our reception is based and our team of receptionists are on hand for your arrival from 3pm.
What do I do if reception isn’t open when I arrive?
Our reception isn’t open 24 hours a day at Cabot Circus, so we offer a self check in process whereby you can collect your key from a safe and enter your apartment without a member of staff being present. We will send you your personal access codes on your day of arrival and there is always someone to answer the emergency contact number should you get stuck. If you think you’ll be arriving late, then just give us a call and we can arrange your late check in for you.
Where do I drop the key when I check out?
In the lobby of the building in which you are staying in, there is a postbox numbered 1 where you can leave your apartment key on check out and our reception team will take care of it for you. Need a receipt? Just fill in the departure envelope in your apartment and we can get this sent on to you!
Do you have WiFi in the apartments?
All of our apartments have WiFi in them and the password can be found in the information directory inside your apartment.
We hope this has helped to answer a few of your questions – if there’s anything we haven’t, by all means give us a call!
We hope to welcome you to stay with us again soon.
