Book Your Stay at PREMIER SUITES
Accessibility starts from the moment you decide to book your stay in PREMIER SUITES. We pride ourselves on being as accessible as possible, from the way you book to the moment you leave our property, We always encourage our guests to book their stay directly on our website or with one of our team. Not only are you getting the best available rates guaranteed, but you can also enjoy our accessible website options. We have AccessiBe in place on each of our property websites which adapts to our guests’ disabilities. We believe the internet should be accessible to everyone and this software allows us to cater to those with visual difficulties, ADHD, cognitive disabilities, keyboard navigation, makes us seizure-safe, and more. Simply click the person icon on the bottom right of the screen and make our website accessible to your unique needs.
Mobility Mojo
We’re always working towards a more inclusive environment for guests and staff in all of our properties. We have implemented Mobility Mojo in our serviced apartments, a tool that helps our guests determine if we’re as accessible as they need and for our properties to improve. Each of our buildings has been audited for its accessibility and given a rating that ranges from bronze to platinum. Providing this information has proved very useful as accessibility is an issue for so many, and not just those with mobility difficulties. From parents travelling with infants in a pram or those on crutches or using a walking stick, to blind, deaf, and cognitively impaired guests, we want to make our home as comfortable as possible for you. Not only do we audit the properties for wheelchair accessibility, but we also rate areas including voice announcements in lifts, braille letters on buttons, subtitles on TVs, and alarm cords in bedrooms for emergency assistance. The ratings for each of our properties are available on the property website and our teams are happy to help if you have any more specific questions.
It’s the Little Extras
PREMIER SUITES go above and beyond to make our guests feel at home and nothing is too much to ask of our friendly team. We have additional facilities that make our home feel more comfortable like a grocery delivery service. This eliminates the need for additional trips to the supermarket to pick up the essentials allowing you to order your groceries online and have them delivered at a time that suits you. If you’re not here yet, we’ll store them properly until you arrive. We also encourage guests to eat in our suites, ordering delicious dinners from local restaurants and enjoying them in the comfort of their temporary home. Our pet-friendly service means your service animal is as welcome as you are.
A Little Help From Our Team

Finding your way around, learning how new gadgets work within your suite, and finding accessible places to eat and drink are a challenge, even at home so our staff are always here to help.
