Air-conditioning
Air-conditioning is available in our apartments.
Apartment access
Our property is open 24/7, to access you will need a code provided at check in. This code is changed once a week and you will receive the new one a day in advance.
We have lifts and we are accessible to wheelchairs.
Appliances
Full instructions for all the appliances in the suite are located in the black folder in the drawer under the oven.

Check in / Check out
Check in is from 3pm and Check out is prior to 11am. Early check in is possible but subject to availability. Late check out can be arranged at an additional cost, please contact Reception if you require this.
Car park
Located at the back of the building, and costs €12 per day, or €50 per week.
Spaces are subject to availability and should be reserved in advance of arrival.

Electricity
To activate the electricity in your apartment, place your key card in the slot inside the door.

Fire
Please familiarise yourself with our safety instructions, they are located on the inside of your apartment door.

Gym
Open 24 hours. Please check with Reception for availability, as in the current situation it can just be used by one person or one household at a time.

Hairdryer
A hairdryer is available in the wardrobe of your apartment.
Housekeeping service
We provide a weekly cleaning service (9am-2pm every day). Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Please, contact Reception if you require this.

Iron
An iron and ironing board are available in the wardrobe of your apartment.

Kitchen
In Studio Suites, One and Two Bedroom Suites we offer full equipped kitchen facilities including: oven and microwave combi, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Some apartments include a washing machine and combi dryers.

Laundry / Dry cleaning services
Some of our suites have washing machines and combi dryers. We also have a communal laundry room that in the current situation can just be used by one person or our one household at a time.
We also provide a laundry/dry cleaning service available Monday to Friday. Additional charges apply.

Maintenance
Please contact Reception if something needs to fixed in your suite.
Meeting Room
Please check with Front Desk regarding availability of our meeting room.

Neighbourhood
There are some essential shops and pharmacies within a five minute walk from our front door. In the area you can also find cafes, pubs and restaurants, as well as ATMs. Visit our Neighbourhood Page to discover more.

Rubbish disposal
If you need your rubbish to be taken please hang out the “Please remove my rubbish” sign outside your door before 2pm and Housekeeping staff will remove it. If you wish to do it yourself our rubbish area is located at the very end of the car park.

A safe is available in the wardrobe of your apartment.
Management cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in apartments.

Tea / Coffee Facilities
Each apartment offers tea and coffee making facilities.
Our lobby area also offers a coffee and tea machine, available 24/7.
Toiletries
Available upon request, please ask reception for assistance.
Transport – Airport
Dublin Airport is located 30 minutes by car or bus. Aircoach stop is located three minutes walking. For more details please visit www.aircoach.ie.
Transport – Bus services
There is a Dublin Bus stop right outside the property. You can take numbers 4, 7 and 7A towards city centre. For more information please visit www.dublinbus.ie.
Transport – Train services
You can take the Dart in Sandymount train station located five minutes walking towards Connolly Station. For more information please visit www.irishrail.ie.
