Zoomerbar @Zoo Antwerp – 450m, 5 minute walkÂ
A perfect place for families, friends or an alternative first date, get yourself to ZOO Antwerp and visit the most exclusive summerbar in the city. Located on the Flamingo Square of ZOO Antwerp, you can enjoy a unique lunchtime bite and a refreshing drink in the company of the chattering pink flamingos in Grand Café Flamingo. Spend an afternoon on their lovely terrace enjoying the trendy swing band playing live music at the Kiosk. Grand Café Flamingo is accessible to ticket holders only and is open from 11:30 am until the closing of the park.
Black Smoke Rooftop Bar – 2.2km, 8 mins by bikeÂ
Is there anything more luxurious than a rooftop bar? Black Smoke’s rooftop terrace is the perfect bar to enjoy a sunset or bask in the evening sun when the weather is warm. The summerbar is on the 6th floor of De Koninck’s brewery tower and offers a spectacular and unrivalled view of our beautiful city. Don’t worry about the wind, there are glass barriers around the entire terrace ensuring your comfort and safety. You can dine on a great selection of meals and drinks with options for carnivores, veggies and vegans. Their extensive drinks menu has a selection of beers, wines & spirits but they specialise in bespoke cocktails. Try their special Lynchburg Lemonade for a refreshing taste of summer.
Bocadero Terras Antwerp – 2.7km, 9 mins by bikeÂ

Hop on a city bike and cycle a short distance to one of the city’s best summerbars, Bar Oost. On the same site as the Sinksenfoor, one of the largest funfairs in Belgium with over 150 attractions, Bar Oost is a great spot for a bite with friends, catch up drinks or to enjoy the long summer evenings in the open air. They’re always looking for new talent and activities to entertain guests, everything from music to stand up. They have an affordable menu available and a great selection of delicious summer drinks to enjoy all day. The bar opens in July until September, Friday to Sunday from 2pm to midnight.
