We are delighted to expand on PS LIFE with the launch of our new initiative – ‘A Friendly Face in a New Space’.
Available in all locations, this initiative has been created in order to ensure that long stay guests, particularly those who are travelling alone and in a new city, do not feel isolated or lonely.
A Friendly Face in a New Space will see PREMIER SUITES team members checking in on our long stay guests, and invite them for a coffee and a time to meet and chat with a member of our team. This is an ideal opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about neighbourhood amenities, city attractions or simply chat about current affairs.
Of course, all meet ups will be held in accordance with local Covid-19 guidelines to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Our Stay Safe policy can be viewed here.

Offering guests the opportunity to pick their own fresh herbs to use when cooking in their apartments. Homegrown herbs and in some cases salad and vegetables too are available for guests to pick and eat, free of charge. Discover more.

Focusing on guest security, with a particular focus for single travellers. To that end, apartment doors are fitted with secondary locks, guests are escorted to their apartments and room details are always handed to the guest discreetly at check in. Find out more.
Pet Friendly Apartments
Pets are welcome in apartments for all extended stay guests (28 consecutive nights or more), while a comprehensive pet policy ensures all apartments are completely deep cleaned on departure.
