In this month’s blog, we thought we would take you into a day in the life of our reception team and the frequently asked questions that they receive which could be useful for your next stay with us!
1. Is reception open 24 hours a day?
Our reception is staffed between 9am – 9pm weekdays and 10am – 6pm at weekends. Outside of these hours, we offer a self check in process, so you can still check in even if a member of our team isn’t present.
2. Do you have a car park and how much does it cost?
Yes we do, we have a small onsite car park and we charge £12.00 per night. As we have limited spaces, it’s best to book your car parking when making your booking!
3. Can we have an early check in or late check out?
We always try to be flexible on letting guests access their apartments earlier or stay in them later than our standard check in & out times but this all depends on our availability. It’s always best to give our reception a call prior to arrival if you’d like to get in earlier or if you need a late check out, just speak to a member of staff on check in.
4. How far are you from the city centre?
Our apartments are just on the outskirts of the city centre, so they are in a great location whereby you can walk into the centre or to the Harbourside within 10 minutes, so you’re really near all the action! We are also only a 5-10 minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station.
