Follow the instructions to install the app, a process that should happen within a couple of minutes.  Open your reservation confirmation on your mobile phone and follow the link. You can then use your reservation confirmation number, which you should have received when you confirmed your booking, to use the app.  

Once downloaded, you can:

• • Check in for your reservation securely, enjoying a contactless experience. You can check in at your leisure, on the go, on the plane or train, or anywhere you have access to the internet, saving you time.

• • Use your mobile key to access your room throughout your stay without the need for plastic keys or access cards.

• • At the end of your stay, you can pay for the time you’ve spent here using our secure payment system and check out or the suites without queueing or waiting. This is ideal if you’re in a rush to a meeting or running late to the airport.
