Edinburgh Castle is one of the main attractions and is full of tales of its time as a military fortress, royal residence and prison during the war. You’ll be walking in the footsteps of Kings, Queens, soldiers, nobles and even pirates! National Museum of Scotland is a full day out for friends, couples and families, entertaining you with wonders from the natural world, world cultures, art and design, science and technology and Scottish history all in one amazing building. Another fascinating place to visit, located in one of the city’s most impressive buildings is the Scottish National Portrait Museum. There are activities for all interests in this beautiful city.
