The addition of our Edinburgh property brings the total of PREMIER SUITES locations to 16, spread across the UK, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands. This is a very exciting time for staff and management at PREM Group, extending our offering to Scotland’s capital city offering our uniquely high standards and fantastic care to guests visiting the beautiful historic city of Edinburgh. PREMIER SUITES Edinburgh Opening Dates
In December 2021, PREM Group secured a major investment of funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group LLC (“Fortress”). Our newest property, PREMIER SUITES Edinburgh, is the first acquisition by the group following the Fortress investment. We are planninga complete renovation and transformation of the current property to the hight possible ESG standards, bringing it up to the standard of our current portfolio. The very latest in green technology will be incorporated into the building in line with the sustainable policies enjoyed by the rest of the PREMIER SUITES properties across the group. The first phase of the renovation should be completed by January 2023. The property will join the groups 1300 rooms across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Properties include one, two, or three-bedroom units and all come with a fully fitted kitchen, living room, bedroom and ensuite bathrooms. Each of the fully equipped kitchens includes a combi-oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, laundry facilities and coffee machine. Apartments also include a contemporary living area with a flat-screen TV and a luxury hotel bed. We offer all of the conveniences of home while remaining luxurious and comfortable.

Lovers of history can explore Edinburgh Castle, the wealth of museums and galleries (most of which are free to enter) and the stunning architecture that has inspired many writers and filmmakers. Shopaholics will love the brands on Princes Street and the selection of vintage, independent and unique shops dotted along the side streets. Art admirers will enjoy the street art and art museums, alongside the creativity of our locals. Groups of friends, stags, hens and party lovers will be wowed by the volume of clubs, bars, pubs and venues to dance the night away.
