Luas to Sandyford
The Luas is one of the fastest ways to get around the city. The dedicated lanes and direct routes mean there is minimal delay in getting you from A to B. The Green Line Luas runs from Stephens Green the beating heart of Dublin city centre, to Sandyford, where you’ll find plenty of amenities and the best serviced apartment accommodation in Dublin, PREMIER SUITES. Luas Stops along the way
Dundrum is a great place to stop on your way into the city. Close to the Luas is Dundrum Town Centre, one of the largest and most impressive shopping centres in Dublin. You’ll find all sorts of shopping from high street to high end and everything in between. It’s the perfect spot for date night with a great range of restaurants to choose from and a modern cinema showing the latest blockbusters.
Explore one of Dublin’s loveliest suburbs on your way to or from the city. Ranelagh is an affluent area that is great to spend an afternoon. The area has many independent businesses like cafes, bars and restaurants. Stop for lunch or have a few drinks in a local pub without worrying about the drive home. There are a small selection of boutiques too so you can pick up something unique.
Harcourt Street is the place to be on the weekend. The area around Harcourt and Camden Streets has it all from buzzing nightclubs to traditional pubs. Early in the evening, the area is busy with after-work drinkers and late in the evening partygoers flock to the street to enjoy the atmosphere. There are plenty of places to grab a bit to eat during the day with lots of international food options.
Stephens Green is the beating heart of Dublin. The shopping centre, park and Grafton Street area are always busy with shoppers, tourists or people just hanging out and meeting friends. The Gaiety Theatre is close to the Luas and the perfect way from ‘dinner and a show’ date night. There are pubs, shops, parks and restaurants all within a stone’s throw of the Luas stop.
