- As a solo traveller in a new place, your accommodation options may be limited. You’ll want somewhere central, in a busy, brightly lit area, avoiding side streets and dark alleys. PREMIER SUITES locations are chosen for their location, their proximity to the city and the transport links available. Solo travel is easy when you choose the right accommodation.
- Checking into a new hotel isn’t the most comfortable experience when you are alone, especially in a busy lobby. The lobby areas in PREMIER SUITES are not public, meaning our staff need to buzz you in or guests can use their room keys. To ensure privacy at check-in, we discreetly hand you your room details and make sure to never say your room number out loud.
- If you’d like, one of our team members can escort you to your bedroom, ensuring you are comfortable with the positioning of the room, the location, facilities and anything else you might need. Wherever possible, we will assign your apartment on a higher floor, avoiding the end of corridors and fire exits.
- There is always someone here to help. Each suite has a phone with a direct line to our reception/security team. If you need anything at all, day or night, we are happy to oblige. Our teams are all fully equipped with health, safety and security training and prepared to help in case of an emergency.
- Our apartments are fully secure. Every apartment door is fitted with secondary locks on large, heavy, self-closing doors. If you forget to pull the door behind you, it will close securely on its own. If one lock is not enough to give you peace of mind, you can engage the secondary lock for additional security. Our doors are also fire-tested so in the rare case of an emergency, you are safe.
- If you are driving to one of our locations and book car parking in advance, we will try, where possible, to allocate car parking spaces in brightly lit areas, close to entrance and exit doors. You won’t have far to walk to get to our lobby.
- If our team need to visit your suite, for housekeeping or to deliver something to your room, we will always announce ourselves. We will let you know what department the visitor is from and our reason to call. We will of course keep disturbances to a minimum but if it’s necessary, we’ll identify ourselves for your peace of mind.
- We understand that being in a new place can be daunting and finding your way around is difficult. Our friendly team is always at hand to give you directions to the closest pub, restaurant or supermarket, whatever you need. If you’re unsure of how to commute to work, we’ll work with you to plan a trip and are happy to help you book tickets if needed. We can also order taxis as requested.
- Our locations in the heart of major cities means our guests are always surrounded by people. While you enjoy a quiet, comfortable, and private stay, you can be secure in the knowledge that there are people surrounding you at all times. This gives solo guests an extra layer of security when they’re feeling alone.
