A go-to for group meetings, Market Bar is one of the biggest and best spots to dine with big and small groups in Dublin. Chai Yo – 100 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2
If you’ve never tried teppanyaki, make this the year for the best dining experience you’ll ever have. Chai Yo, situated a short from our serviced apartment accommodation in Dublin, serves a fusion of Japanese, Thai and Chinese but that’s not the main reason to visit. These guys really know how to party! Your table is hosted by a chef who puts on a show as your meals are prepared. Be prepared for plenty of interaction, singing, dancing and making plenty of great memories.
Fallon & Byrne – 11-17 Exchequer St, Dublin 2
From circus acts to fine dining in the formidable Fallon & Byrne. You’ll know for the ground floor grocer and basement wine bar but the star of the show is the restaurant, popular for Christmas parties and weddings throughout the year. The menu is described as slow food with a French-inspired menu and the finest wine list to accompany. Their Christmas menu is second to none with a great variety of both traditional and unusual additions. Their reputation precedes them and the restaurant fills up fast for Christmas.
FX Buckley – 1A Pembroke Street Lower, Dublin 2
Immortalised in the world-famous Ulysses by James Joyce, FX Buckley professes to be the best steak in Dublin and they’re right. While they have a selection of restaurants and butcher shops around the city, the closest to PREMIER SUITES Leeson Street is the lovely spot on Pembroke Street. They have a cosy and welcoming atmosphere without feeling stuffy or formal. They have a great cocktail and wine menu to pair with the fantastic quality meat and sides.
