Your Stay

Our reception is open Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm.

Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays 10am - 6pm.

We will provide an out of hours check-in service for you. We contact all guests shortly after receiving your reservation to discuss arrival times and if necessary full details of out of hours check-in will be provided before you begin your journey. If you are unexpectedly delayed, please call us and we can make necessary arrangements.

Your room is available for check-in from 4pm.

 If you are arriving early please advise in advance. Should you arrive early, and your apartment is unavailable we can store luggage.

Check out is before 11am on the day of departure.

Late check out is subject of availability and additional charges may apply.

We do not offer a wake-up call service.

Upgrades are subject of availability, please check with reception for the availability and cost.

Yes, we offer a variety of welcome amenities that can be placed within the apartments.
Please let us know and we will do our utmost to assist with your request.
In general, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice before arrival to arrange special requests.

Rooms are serviced once a week, generally between 8am-4pm. We will arrange a time that is suitable for you.

Yes, let our team know if you need luggage stored.

All of our one bedroom and two bedroom apartments have a washer/dryer unit in the apartments. A dry-cleaning collection and delivery service is also available, charges will apply.

You will find a coffee machine in the reception area.

Yes, we have a gym at our sister property in Ballsbridge, you can avail of complimentary use of this gym. As part of our Wellbeing initiative, we also have yoga mats available to purchase from reception and online exercises videos, so that you can exercise in your apartment. Yes, we have someone available to help for any emergencies 24 hours a day.

We can provide our guests with international adaptors on request. This is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This is a non-smoking property.

Yes, we have a secure underground carpark, the cost is €15 per night. We have limited spaces available, please contact us in advance of your arrival if you require a car parking space.

Yes, you can rent a car locally, we can assist with car rental, please check with reception on arrival.

We have an underground car park that we share with local businesses, access to the car park is via Lower Hatch Street.

Yes, we provide shower gel, shampoo and hand soap in all apartments. Additional items such as shower caps, shoeshines, dental care kits, mending Kits and shaving kits are available on request from reception.

Included as standard in every apartment is bed linen, towels, salon quality hair dryer, iron, ironing board, laptop size safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Please click each room type for further details here.

We have a mixture of bathrooms to include apartments with shower over bath and shower only. Please advise your preference at time of booking.

Our Studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments offer kitchen facilities which include a set of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, utensils, glasses, toaster and kettle, coffee machine, combi microwave oven, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at 9%.

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payments. When paying by credit card, we require the cardholder to be present and have a valid photo ID available.

There are no booking fees, we are happy to offer the best available price when you book direct.

An invoice for your stay will be issued upon departure. If you have checked out and require an invoice later, please contact us directly via phone or email.

Yes, We will require the guests name for the booking and details of how payment will be made.

Yes, we only accept bookings from guests that are 18 years old and over.

A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a preauthorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card.

Provide your name and telephone number on arrival and we will be able to locate your reservation.

If you receive a reservation confirmation from PREMIER SUITES your booking is guaranteed.

  • Studio Apartments can accommodate two people.
  • One Bedroom Apartments can accommodate up to three people – an extra bed is needed for the third person, please request when making your reservation.
  • Two Bedroom Apartments can accommodate up to five people – an extra bed is needed for the fifth person, please request when making your reservation.

Cancellations and Amendments

If you booked your stay directly with the property, please contact the property directly by phone or email. If you booked via a third-party agent or website, please contact that agent to amend your stay.

We know that plans can change. Your reservation confirmation email will provide full details of the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.

 

If your booking meets the criteria for free cancellation, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the CANCEL button on your email confirmation.

 

Please note, if you have booked a prepaid or advance purchase rate, cancellations, refunds or changes to travel dates are not permitted.

In the event of non-arrival, your credit card will be charged for one night’s accommodation for each room reserved.

Our serviced apartments offer space for all the family to stay close at hand, while also offering the freedom and flexibility of separate living and sleeping areas.

 

Our fully equipped kitchens offer families the option to cook and eat a home-cooked meal together or have everything on hand for a takeaway delivery. Of course, our team can advise of family friendly eateries in the neighbourhood.

Yes, all enhancements should be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

-Highchair or booster seat: complimentary.
-Fold-out bed: additional charge of applies. A supplementary charge of €25, per night applies. Only suitable for children up to 12 years.
-Baby-changing facilities.

Two bedroom apartments have two bedrooms, both with a king size bed, sleeping four people in total. Two bedroom apartments can also cater for one fold-out bed (for children under 12) and one infant cot.

Yes some of our one bedroom apartments have, let us know when making your reservation and we can arrange a twin room with two separate single beds.

Yes, we can arrange a babysitter - advance notice required and additional costs apply. Please contact us directly prior to your arrival should you require this service.

We are based in the city centre, just a 2 minute walk from Stephens Green Park.

We have a bus stop right outside the property which is serviced by many of the main bus routes in the city to include 7b, 7d, 11, 25x, 37, 38, 38a, 38b, 38d, 39, 39a, 39x, 46a, 46e, 66x, 67x, 70, 116, 118, 145, 155. You can also take the Luas, our closest stop is Stephens Green. The Aircoach also stops right outside our door and provides easy access to Dublin Airport.

We are situated in the city centre which is a short bus / taxi ride to all major sport & music venues.

In the local area you will find a selection of grocery shops, pharmacies, food markets and other amenities. Dublin’s main shopping area, Grafton Street, is also close by - just 10 minutes by foot.

We are within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars and local amenities such as pharmacies and post offices. You can also enjoy the beautiful local parks including the charming St. Stephens Green Park and Iveagh Gardens, which are both less than a 2 minute walk away.
