Two Days in Dublin
Day One

Stretch your legs after your traveling and embark on a beautiful walk around Dublin’s Phoenix Park. This open park is the largest enclosed public park in any capital city in Europe, and is also the home to over 500 wild fallow deer herd. The beautiful deer love seeing visitors but it is advised to keep a safe distance so be mindful of your little ones. Phoenix Park is also home to the one and only, Michael D Higgins, our President.
Explore the 1750 acres of meadowland by taking on woodland walk or a wheely adventurous cycle, bikes can be hired out at the park’s main entrance for just €6, discover historic features and protected wildlife throughout your journey.
After experiencing the outdoors – take a step inside the park’s visitor centre. Inside there are interesting exhibitions on the establishment and history of the park. Two audio-visuals guides can be viewed as well as free guided tours are available for Ashtown Castle & Grangegorman.
The fun isn’t over just yet, just beside Phoenix Park is one of Dublin’s top main attractions – the zoo! Home to over 400 rare, exotic and endangered animals from all around the world. Why not visit the Wolves in the Woods, the African Savanna, the Kaziranga Forest Trail or the Sea Lion Cove. The zoo also has a wonderful reptile house, housing such reptiles as crocodiles, Burmese Pythons and chameleons. A fun and memorable day for everyone whatever age you are!

Day Two
Dublin is renowned for many things, our history, scenery, famous poets, musicians, not forgetting our delicious creamy pints of Guinness. A trip to The Guinness Storehouse has to be top on your to do list when visiting Ireland’s capital. The Storehouse offers you the chance to discover the history behind Guinness dating all the way back to Arthur Guinness, over 200 years ago.
Once finished the history side of things, you can be a part of the Tasting Experience. The Guinness Storehouse allows you to pour and taste your own pint of plain! The Tasting Experience is a multi-tasting journey that brings the unique flavour of Guinness to life. Take your pint to the top floor or try a variety of experimental brews in the Gravity Bar. The bar offers a panoramic view of Dublin, giving you one of the best views of the city.
After tasting some of the good stuff, hit one of Dublin’s iconic cobblestoned street- Temple Bar. This area is well known for its live music, nightlife its large variety of bars, clubs and restaurants.
