Early check-in is possible, upon availability.
Before 12am, a fee of €25 is charged at PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam. However, we can not guarantee if a room will be available, we recommend booking an extra night to be sure you can check in early.
The check-out at PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam is 11am.
Late check-out at PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam is possible, upon availability. Check-out should be done lastly at 3pm with an extra fee of €25.

You can inform our reception that you would like to be woken up by us and we will make sure you are ready to start your day!
Yes, upgrading your room is possible at a fee and depends on availability. At PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam we offer several apartment types that differ in size. We offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom apartments and 2 types of lofts.

The rooms are serviced once per week on a day of your choosing between Monday and Friday. The rooms are unfortunately not serviced during the weekends.
Yes, we offer luggage lockers in our lobby next to the reception desk. Please ask any of our team members at reception for instructions should you need them.
Yes, dry cleaning is available upon request and we offer washing machines in each apartment. If clothes are given before 9am, they will be delivered the same day around 5pm.
We offer a variety of items in our Grab & Go shop located in the lobby.
Coffee and tea in the lobby is for free.

Yes, we offer complementary entrance to the next door gym, TRAINMORE. Please reserve an entrance pass at the reception. We also offer running maps should you wish to exercise outside.

We offer late check-out, subject to availability and additional charges. Should you wish to explore the area on your day of departure, it is possible to store your luggage in our lockers next to the reception desk in the lobby
We offer 7 different room types:

Pets are allowed for guests staying longer than 29 nights. The cost is €5 per night and a final cleaning fee of €250. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals are allowed without any fee. However, the guest will be liable for any possible damage to the property by the service animal.

Yes, upon availability, we offer parking spaces in our garage at a fee of €35 per night (city tax of 7% excluded).
The entrance to the garage is located behind our property in the Clara Schumannstraat and can be reserved upon availability.
PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam does not offer rental cars. However, there are several car rental stores nearby. The nearest is SIX Autoverhuur Amsterdam RAI.
The parking garage is located in the Clara Schumannstraat. If you drive into the street, you will see 2 parking garages. Use the second parking garage and press number 2 on the intercom. Parking spaces come at an extra fee. The spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
The bathrooms have hand soap, shower gel and conditioner. Each apartment also includes a hairdryer.

Yes, that is possible to make the reservation in the name of the person who will check-in. Please note: we always ask for a credit card for the guarantee upon check-in. If the guest does not have this with them, we ask for their own personal credit card or a deposit of €300. If you want to pay for someone, please contact [email protected].
Yes, the lead booker must be at least 18 years old. Other guest(s) staying at the hotel should also be 18 years and above.
A security deposit may be required on check-in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account.
In case you do not have a credit card, we ask you to pay the deposit of €300 with your debit card. Upon check-out, we will refund the amount back to your account. Please note, we do not accept cash payments. It is not possible to pay the deposit with cash.
We can always check your reservation number if you let us know your last name, check-in and check-out date.
Yes, your booking at PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam is guaranteed.
This differs per apartment.
The 1 bedroom, Loft, Large Loft, XL Loft and the superior apartment accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.
The 2 bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adults.
The 3 bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 adults.
Cancellations and Amendments
If you made your booking directly, you can change your booking by contacting us by email: [email protected]. If you booked through a third-party, the adjustments will have to go through them.
For stays of 1-6 nights, cancellations can be made until 16:00 the day before arrival.
For stays of 7-13 nights, cancellations can be made up to 16:00, 3 days before arrival.
For stays of 14 nights or more, cancellations can be made up to 16:00, 7 days before arrival.
If you made your booking directly, you can cancel your booking by contacting us by email: [email protected]. If you booked through a third-party, the cancellation will have to go through them.
If you have made your reservation on another website, you can only cancel your reservation by contacting the third-party website.
If the reservation is no show, we will charge the first night. If you made the booking on a non-refundable rate, we will charge the card for the entire stay.
In case you receive a refund, we will charge back the amount to the same card used to make payment.

No, there are no meeting and conference room facilities available at PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam. Our apartments are big enough to host a small meeting. If you are looking for a place to arrange a small corporate meeting we can always discuss the possibilities.

The climbing park is just about 2 km from PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam at the beginning of the Amsterdam forest. The adventure park has 9 different trails from 4 meters to 15 meters high making it suitable for both young and old. Thirsty from all that climbing?
