Groceries Delivered

The Dutch government advises anyone that is arriving from a (high)risk area to restrict their movements for 10 days when they arrive in The Netherlands from any other country. To assist, the team at PREMIER SUITES PLUS Rotterdam wants to share some advice and assistance to help guests plan for their arrival in Rotterdam during this time.

Procedure

• We recommend guests complete an online order as soon as possible to secure a grocery delivery for their arrival date in Rotterdam. Please advise us of a planned delivery so the team is aware and can provide assistance.
• Supermarkets: The 3 biggest supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Plus, and Jumbo) all provide home delivery.
• Deliveries are facing high demand at present, so we recommend you pre-book your delivery to the property address as listed below. At present delivery, slots can be booked for up to 2 weeks in advance.
• If possible, book a delivery slot that falls after your planned arrival/check-in at the apartment. The delivery service will leave your groceries at your front door for you to bring inside your apartment.
• If a delivery slot after your arrival is not possible, our team will accept the delivery and pop your groceries into your apartment (with cold items in the fridge/freezer as needed) awaiting your arrival. the groceries must be prepaid, otherwise we are not able to accept it.
• Another option would be fast delivery. This delivery service promises delivery within 5 to 15 minutes. The most used delivery services are Gorillas, Flink, Zapp, and Getir.
• We understand that grocery delivery is experiencing high demand at present, so we offer some further options to assist you as follows:

• If a delivery time is not available for your day of arrival, our team can store the groceries until your arrival 2 days up front.

• Dirk van den Broek

• • Takeaway delivery sites such as JustEat, Deliveroo, and Thuisbezorgd offer food for delivery from a selection of independent restaurants across a range of cuisines in the local area. So, this is a great option for peckish travelers looking for some comfort food.
