We are open for all your needs in the following hours:

Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival, once payment is received.

Guests will be sent contactless check-in instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES car park gate code, the building main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.

Guests can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. It is best to notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you receive the contactless check-in instructions prior to arrival by email.

Please contact reception with any early arrival requests so we can do our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.

We kindly request guests check-out before 11am on the day of departure.

Please request late check-out in advance of day of departure.

Late check-out is charged at £10 per hour after 11AM.

A weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights or more. 

Yes, please contact reception prior to arrival to discuss your requirements.

No, however inside every apartment there is a washer/dryer.

Grocery delivery is available to our apartments. Visit our grocery delivery page for information on how to arrange this service. 

No gym facilities onsite, however we take wellbeing seriously!

Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available.

Yes, we can provide guests with an adaptor upon request basis, please advise reception prior to arrival if this is required so we can arrange this for you.

No, however we will be delighted to direct you to the closest currency bureau and help you find the current exchange rates online. 

Yes our friendly reception staff can assist with printing boarding passes.

Check-out usually is before 11am, please contact reception on 0121 666 4444 if you have a delayed flight and need to extend your stay.

General Information and house rules

A choice of our comfortable 1 or 2 bedroom apartments is available.

Yes, we are pet friendly, on stays of 28 consecutive nights or more.

A pet policy applies  along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.

Yes, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property.

Yes, there is a lift within the main lobby which provides access to every floor.

No , however fans are provided in the storage cupboard for guests.

No smoking ispermitted within the building or within our apartments.

Parking is subject to availability. Spaces are limited, so best to reserve in advance.

 

Parking spaces are chargeable at £12 per night per space. (Car registration details must be provided to reception prior to arrival).

From Upper Dean Street, turn in to Dean Street which in between the King of Kings Chinese restaurant and Travelodge hotel. The car park is located half way down Dean Street on the left hand side.

Yes, you will find hand wash and shower gel in your bathroom.

You will find a bath with an overhead shower in each guest bathroom.

Let the team know, as they record lost property items. If found, then you can arrange collection or we can arrange to send the item/s back to you.

Kitchens all have a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery provided.

Following the completion of a risk assessment, advice from our 3rd Party H&S advisors and insurers we have taken the decision not to allow our guests access to balconies.

Clean Air Zone Charge applies from 01.06.21 onwards: It is the guests responsibility to pay the Clean Air Zone Charge. Guests must check if their vehicle meets the criteria prior to travelling. Visit the website to enter your car registration: If the vehicle doesn’t meet the criteria then charges per day will apply: £8 for Cars, Taxi’s, Vans.

Guests will be able to pay themselves online or over the phone 6 days prior to the visit or the day of visit. PREMIER SUITES Birmingham will not be liable for any penalty notices. *It’s important to know a day runs from midnight to midnight. For example, to drive in at 10pm and leave at 6am you will be subject to 2 charges.

The nightly rate fluctuates subject to demand and also depends on the specific dates required and length of stay. Competitive rates apply for long stays of 29 consecutive nights plus.

Yes, charged at the prevailing rate.

All major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.

Debit or Credit cards accepted such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Yes, book direct on our website for a safe and hassle free booking experience.

It is best to contact the property directly to discuss group requirements. If 3 or more apartments are required then group terms and conditions will apply.

Get in touch with our reception team, so they can reconfirm your booking.

VAT Invoices are available upon the departure date, please add a comment to the reservation or contact the team with this request via email to [email protected] please provide us with the guest name and date of arrival in order to request a VAT invoice.

Yes, however it is always best to create the reservation using the guest name.

Yes – a minimum age of 18 years or older applies. 

A £250 pre-authorisation fee per apartment applies.

A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and the preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account.

 

It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We do not accept cash payments. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection we will release the deposit which can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.

Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest name.

1 bedroom apartments can sleep either 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 1 child. The 2 bedroom apartments can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Cancellations and Amendments

We appreciate requirements can change, please notify reception in writing at [email protected]. If you booked via a third-party agent or website, please contact that agent to cancel your stay.

We know that plans can change. Your reservation confirmation email will provide full details of the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.

 

If your booking meets the criteria for free cancellation, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the CANCEL button on your email confirmation.

 

Please note, if you have booked a prepaid or advance purchase rate, cancellations, refunds or changes to travel dates are not permitted.

Family

Yes absolutely, our spacious fully furnished apartments with kitchens are suitable for families.

PREMIER SUITES offer one bedroom and two bedroom apartments which are ideal for family bookings. Offering the privacy, freedom and flexibility with separate living and sleeping areas.

 

Our fully equipped kitchens provide choice. Giving families the option to cook and eat a home-cooked meal together or have everything on hand for a takeaway delivery. Of course, just get in touch with our friendly team who can advise on recommendations of family friendly eateries nearby.

 

Located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre the central location provides lots of choice and ease of accessibility to reach family attractions with public transport links on our doorstop. For rainy days, we offer complimentary wi-fi in all of our apartments to help keep everyone entertained!

Yes, all enhancements should be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

We offer:
-Infant travel cot: complimentary upon request basis.
-Highchair: complimentary upon request basis.
-Extra bed: Supplementary charge of £15 per night applies. Suitable for children up to 12 years.

One bedroom apartments have a double size bed, sleeping two. One bedroom apartments can also cater for one extra bed (for children under 12) and one infant travel cot.


Two bedroom apartments have two bedrooms, both with a double size bed, sleeping four people in total. Two bedroom apartments can also cater for extra beds (for children under 12) and in addition an infant travel cot.

Subject to availability upon request basis only - please note this request is not guaranteed.

Please contact us before you are to make your reservation. So we can note your requirement and advise you whether it will be possible to arrange a twin room with two separate single beds.

No, we do not offer a babysitting service.

Please keep all recyclables sperate from your usual refuse and our team will collect - these are then sorted by the local council.

Boots Pharmacy also offer toiletry recycling.

Our closest Boots is located in the Bullring Shopping Centre.

Yes we collect non- perishable food items and toiletries and donate to Birmingham Centre Foodbank.

  •  Ensure the fridge door remains closed when not in use.
  • Please use water wisely. Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth and only use the water you need.
  • Don’t overfill your kettle. Please only use the quantity of water you need at that time.
  • Unplug devices at the wall, standby mode is still using energy! Don’t leave devices on constant charge. Switch lights off before you leave.
  • Consider reusing towels when possible. Hang up your towel if you plan to use it again. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
  • Ensure the windows are closed when the heating is on.
  • Switch off the heating when you leave. Lower the temperature of the thermostat if the room is too warm. The optimum room temperature is between 16 and 20 degrees.

The apartments are within the City Centre!

Walking Directions from New Street Train Station - Exit Birmingham New Street Rail Station walking towards the Bullring. Turn right and follow the outside of the centre round past Debenhams M&S. At the corner there are stairs/lift, go down to the next level. Turn left and walk approx. 50 metres, take the first right along (passing between the indoor markets). At the end of Gloucester St you come to a T-junction with Upper Dean Street. The entrance to PREMIER SUITES Birmingham is directly opposite you on the other side of the street.

The Hippodrome Theatre is just a few minutes walk from the apartments. Other music venues are within a short distance. These include the Utilita Arena, The ICC, 02 Academy, Resorts World Arena and the NEC. Also located within Perry Park in Perry Barr. 

Birmingham is a great place for shopping! The Bullring is less than 300m from the apartments. Birmingham’s Grand Central is also a great place to visit with a selection of brands and eateries which leads towards the high street. Or if you have time why not visit the luxury canal side Mailbox. Here you will find Harvey Nichols and many more top brands.

Birmingham is known as the ‘Second City’ with many attractions, retail areas, business districts, museums and performing arts venues. Definitely a place to escape to for a city break. Discover and explore this diverse and vibrant city.

  • The Birmingham Library - Check out the picturesque redevelopment of Centenary Square which has Water Fountains. One of the largest public libraries in the world spreading over 10 levels.
  • Thinktank - science museum, National SEA LIFE Centre, The Alexandra Theatre, The Hippodrome Theatre and the Old Rep all within a short walking distance.
  • Popular family attractions such as LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor. Bear Grylls Adventure Theme Park next to the NEC within a few miles distance.
  • Aston Hall is located near the Aston Villa Football Stadium.
  • Pen Museum located within the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.

Birmingham is spoilt for choice, there are many restaurants within minutes walk from the apartments. Please ask reception for more details on any discounts available with local restaurants.

There are lots of hidden gems in and around Birmingham. Closest to the apartments is the Birmingham Back to Backs which is less than 5 minutes walk away. This National Trust attraction charges an entry fee, with tours available.  

 

Check out Victoria Square and Birmingham’s museum and art gallery located on Chamberlain Square is a 20 minute walk away.

 

Other suggestions are the lovely Winterbourne House and Gardens and the well-known Jewellery Quarter.

Airport Accessibility

(BHX) Birmingham International Airport.

Birmingham International Airport is 7.8 miles away, 25 mins by car.

No, however we can arrange a taxi for you if required.

A taxi from the airport to our apartments typically costs around £30.

Driving instructions: From Birmingham International Airport B26 3QJ head towards Falcon Way, then Terminal Road. Turn right on to Coventry Road/A45 and continue straight and stay on this road for around 4 miles. At Heybarnes Circus take the 2nd exit on to Small Heath Highway/A45. At Poets Corner, take the 2nd exit and stay on Small Heath Highway/A45. Turn left on to Bordesley Circus. Then turn left on to the Coventry Road/B4128. Turn left on to Camp Hill/B4100, and then turn right on to Bradford Street. Take the left on to Barford Street, this soon becomes Sherlock Street. When you reach the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on to Pershore Street. Turn right, and then left.

A frequent rail service operates from Birmingham International Train Station to Birmingham New Street Train Station. The service departs approximately every 10 minutes, the journey takes only 10 minutes and costs approx. £4.30 one-way.
