PREMIER SUITES Bristol Cabot Circus operate non-contact check-in and check-out.
However our sister property, PREMIER SUITES Bristol Redcliffe is open with the following hours, and will be delighted to assist you.

Late arrival instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival. Guests will be sent contactless check-in Instructions to follow which will include the PREMIER SUITES Bristol Cabot Circus building main entrance door key code for access and reception safe pin code to collect the apartment key.
Guests can check in anytime from 3pm onwards. It is best to notify reception of your estimated arrival time and ensure you receive the contactless check-in Instructions prior to arrival by email.
Please contact reception of any early arrival requests so we can try our best to accommodate – this will be subject to availability.
Before 11am on the day of departure. To check-out, simply deposit your key in letterbox number 1.

Yes, please let us know if you need luggage stored and we will be happy to assist.
No, however inside every apartment there is a washer/dryer. Reception can also arrange a dry cleaning and laundry service with an external local company. Please allow 24hrs advance notice for this service, additional charges will apply.

We do not have gym facilities onsite, however we take wellbeing seriously! Discover PS Life to view our wellbeing suggestions, fitness routines and recipes to try during your stay.
Apartments provide extra floor space for guests to be able to exercise with privacy. Running maps are also available.
Yes, we can provide guests with an adaptor upon request basis, please advise reception prior to arrival if this is required so we can arrange this for you.

Yes, there is a lift in 3 of the 4 buildings in PREMIER SUITES PLUS Bristol Cabot Circus. Only in Bakers House there are steps for the 3 apartments located in this building.
No, however some apartments have Juliet balconies and fans are provided within the storage cupboard for guests in all rooms.

We have a bathtub with an overhead shower. Only one apartment is equipped with a shower instead of bath.

Yes, a minimum age of 18 years applies.
A £250 security deposit is charged per apartment.
A security deposit is required prior to or upon arrival. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage, disruption or noise. It is fully refundable. If everything is fine upon departure following a room inspection we will refund the deposit which can take between 3 – 5 working days to process.
Not to worry, this is fine as we will still have your reservation under the guest name.
Our 1 bedroom apartments can sleep either 2 adults or 2 adults with up to 1 child. The 2 bedroom apartments can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

- Please use water wisely. Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth and only use the water you need.

- Unplug devices at the wall, standby mode is still using energy! Don’t leave devices on constant charge. Switch lights off before you leave.
- Consider reusing towels when possible. Hang up your towel if you plan to use it again. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
- Ensure the windows are closed when the heating is on.
- Switch off the heating when you leave. Lower the temperature of the thermostat if the room is too warm. The optimum room temperature is between 16 and 20 degrees.

Walking directions from Temple Meads Train Station. Walk north-west on Temple Gate/A4 towards Lower Approach Rd/Lower station Approach. Turn right onto Temple Gate/A4. Take the exit to A420 and then turn left onto Narrow Plain. Then turn right towards Castle St. At the end, turn left towards Castle St and take the stairs. Continue onto Lower Castle St and you have to leave Castle Park on your left hand side. Now turn left and go towards Piccolino’s Restaurant Loading Bay. You will find Quakers Friars just on the square behind Piccolino.

Stay on Bridgwater and use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Bedminster Down. Continue to Malago Rd. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto St John’s Lane. Continue to follow A38. At Bedminster Bridge Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Redcliff Hill, and then take the 3rd exit onto Redcliffe Way. Turn left onto Temple Gate.
