Procedure

• We recommend you pre-book your delivery to the property address as listed below. At present delivery slots can be booked for up to 2 weeks in advance.
• If possible, book a delivery slot that falls after your planned arrival/check-in at the apartment. The delivery service will leave your groceries at your front door for you to bring inside your apartment.
• If a delivery slot after your arrival is not possible, our team will accept the delivery and pop your groceries into your apartment (with cold items in the fridge/freezer as needed) awaiting your arrival.
• Takeaway delivery sites such as JustEat, Ubereats and Deliveroo offer food for delivery from a selection of independent restaurants across a range cuisines in the local area. So this is a great option for peckish travellers looking for some comfort food.
