ATM

Our nearest ATM is located on Great Crosshall Street, if you exit the main entrance of the apartments and turn to your left and follow Hatton Garden to the traffic lights at the top of the road there is a Tesco Metro around to the right-hand side with an ATM just past the main door.

Airport

Liverpool John Lennon Airport is only 20 minutes away accessible easily by taxi approx. cost is £20.00 or the 86A bus goes directly to the airport and runs at 15-minute intervals. You can contact the airport on 0871 521 8484.

Appliances

There is an appliance manual located in the cupboards within the kitchen that has instructions on how to use the appliances within the apartment.

Before You Go

We do request that your apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition. Should we deem this not to be the case then a minimum charge of £50.00 will be made to the card used on your reservation.

Check In / Check Out

Check in is from 3.00pm onwards and check out is by 11.00am. A late checkout can be arranged subject to availability (charges apply) please ask at reception for availability.

Electricity

If your electricity fails, the trip switches are located in the utility cupboard. Ensure that that all switches are facing the same direction.

Fire

Please familiarise yourself with the fire safety instructions located on the back of the apartment door. A fire blanket is provided in the kitchen. If you are unclear, please speak with a member of the team.

Hairdryer

Located in the bedside cabinet Safe – electronic safe located in the wardrobe.

Heating

There is a main heating switch in the utility cupboard in your apartment which needs to be switched to the on position in order for the individual heaters to work. Each heater then has its own controls with a wall switch and control on each heater.

Housekeeping Services

Apartments are cleaned when staying 7 nights or more and then on every 7th day thereafter. If you do require additional cleaning this can be carried out at an addition fee, please ask reception for more information.

Iron and Ironing Board

lron is located under the kitchen sink and the ironing board is in the wardrobe.

Maintenance

Should you experience any maintenance issues within your apartment then please report these to reception or you can complete the maintenance card in your apartment and leave on the outside of your apartment door by 12.00 noon.

Rubbish Disposal

Each apartment is provided with a remove my rubbish hanger. Place this on the outside of your door before 12 midday and the housekeeping department will remove this.

Alternatively, our refuse area is located on the level -1 where you can dispose of your refuse in one of containers outside of the building.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted. All of our apartments are non-smoking it is an offence to smoke anywhere within the premises. A minimum charge of £150.00 will be levied for not adhering to these conditions

Taxis

We have a free phone taxi located by the express check out box for Delta Taxi’s their direct number is 0151 922 7373.

Towels

There is one set of towels in each bathroom and a second set in each wardrobe.

Train Station

The main train station is Liverpool Lime Street and is located on Lime Street less than a 10-minute walk away and you can use Moorfields which is around a 3-5 minute walk away for local destinations.
