Late check-out is subject to availability, with a charge of £20 until 1pm.

Yes, we offer a variety of welcome amenities that can be placed within the apartments. 
Please let us know and we will do our utmost to assist with your request.
In general, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice before arrival to arrange special requests. 

A weekly housekeeping service is provided for all stays of 7 consecutive nights or more.

Limited luggage storage is available, let us know your requirements.

Adaptors and charging leads can be purchased from Reception, along with headphones.

Yes, we are pet friendly, on stays of 28 consecutive nights or more.

A pet policy applies along with a onetime non-refundable pet deposit fee of £250.

Car rental is available nearby at Central Station.

A clean air zone (CAZ) is now in place for parts of Newcastle. Areas covered include the city centre routes over the River Tyne, including the Swing, High Level and Redheugh bridges. Not all vehicles are affected. You will not be charged if you are driving a private car, motorbike or vehicle that meets minimum emissions standards. Car parking spaces are located on the lower ground of the apartments.

Yes, toiletries are available.

We have an overhead showers in the bathtubs and en-suite cubicle showers.

Contact Reception and we will be able to assist you with any forgotten items.

All apartments offer tableware, pots and pans, cutlery –everything you need to make delicious meals in your apartment.

Following the completion of a risk assessment, advice from our 3rd Party H&S advisors and insurers we have taken the decision not to allow our guests access to balconies, this includes Juliette style balconies.

Yes you may, it is advised to make the booking in the guest name.

A security deposit may be required on check in. This is to guarantee us against loss, damage or disruption and can be paid in a number of ways: preferred method is to pre-authorise a credit card which does not debit the account but simply holds the funds which can later be released back to the account. It is not possible to perform a pre-authorisation on a Maestro, Switch or any Visa debit card. We can accept a cash payment and return this on departure following a room inspection.

We can accommodate up to 4 adults in a two bedroomed apartment.

Cancellations and Amendments

Amendments can be made via the website if this is how you made the booking or if you made it direct with the property then it can be amended direct with the property.

We know that plans can change. Your reservation confirmation email will provide full details of the cancellation policies that apply to your booking.

 


If your booking meets the criteria for free cancellation, you can cancel your reservation by clicking the CANCEL button on your email confirmation.

 


Please note, if you have booked a prepaid or advance purchase rate, cancellations, refunds or changes to travel dates are not permitted.

Yes absolutely, we are family friendly at PREMIER SUITES.

PREMIER SUITES offer one bedroom and two bedroom apartments for family bookings.

Our serviced apartments offer space for all the family to stay close at hand, while also offering the freedom and flexibility of separate living and sleeping areas.

 

Our fully equipped kitchens offer families the option to cook and eat a home-cooked meal together or have everything on hand for a takeaway delivery. Of course, our team can advise of family friendly eateries in the neighbourhood.

 

Our central location ensures you will be in the heart of the action with an array of family attractions and transport links on our doorstop. For rainy days, we offer complimentary wi-fi to keep everyone entertained.

Yes, all enhancements should be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

-Fold-out bed: A supplementary charge of £10, per night applies. Only suitable for children up to 12 years. (£30.00 per night for 1 additional adult)

  •  Ensure the fridge door remains closed when not in use.
  • Please use water wisely. Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth and only use the water you need.
  • Don’t overfill your kettle. Please only use the quantity of water you need at that time.
  • Unplug devices at the wall, standby mode is still using energy! Don’t leave devices on constant charge. Switch lights off before you leave.
  • Consider reusing towels when possible. Hang up your towel if you plan to use it again. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.
  • Ensure the windows are closed when the heating is on.
  • Switch off the heating when you leave. Lower the temperature of the thermostat if the room is too warm. The optimum room temperature is between 16 and 20 degrees.
